A new city will be built on 9,000 hectares in Uttar Pradesh, the location has been finalized and compensation will be given

UP New City: Uttar Pradesh is constantly being developed. The government is working on several major projects to accelerate the state's economic and business activities. Now, the government has developed a plan to develop a new city on 9,000 hectares in Uttar Pradesh. The site has been identified. Let's find out where the new city will be developed.

 

News - (UP New City Update). The Yogi government is continuously working to promote development in Uttar Pradesh. New roads are being built to improve road connectivity, and new cities are being developed to provide better housing for the population. 

Uttar Pradesh has a double-engine government, and the central Modi government is providing new projects to the state government for the development of Uttar Pradesh.

Now, a new city (New City Update) is going to be developed in Agra on the lines of Chandigarh. The government has prepared a master plan for this. The Yamuna Authority will soon finalize the new city. 

The authority will hold a meeting this month to discuss the master plan with Agra Development Authority businessmen and people from various sectors. The blueprint of the new city will be finalized after considering their suggestions.

Rapid rail track will be laid in the new city

After this, the process of bringing New Agra to Uttarakhand will be started by getting the master plan of the new city approved by the board. Many important things will be kept in mind while settling the new city (UP New City). 

This city will be made pollution free. To make it pollution free, apart from the buffer zone green belt, there will be IT, semiconductor and agriculture based industries. 

There is a plan to extend the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail connecting Ghaziabad to Noida Airport to the new Agra city. A 130 kilometer long track will be laid for Namo Bharat Rapid Rail.

A new city will be built on the land of 58 villages.

The Yamuna Authority's notified area includes 58 villages in Agra district. In the first phase, the authority is working on development projects in Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr. 

After the master plans for Aligarh and Mathura, included in Phase Two, are approved, land will be purchased for the Multi-Modal Logistics Hub in Tappal and the Heritage City project in Mathura. The land acquisition process is currently underway.

The Agra Authority is also preparing a master plan for the development of a new city in the notified area. The new city will be developed on 9,000 hectares. 

Due to the Taj Mahal, the plan is to keep the new city lush and pollution-free. It will have urban infrastructure for 1.46 million people. Tourism and industry will provide employment to 8.5 billion people in the new city.

Emphasis will be on pollution-free industries

In New Agra, the authority's focus is on promoting tourism along with industry. To keep it pollution free, industries like IT, semiconductor, agriculture based etc. will be set up. 2051 hectare area will be residential. 

While 20 percent of the total area i.e. 1813 hectare will be industrial area. To keep the city green, commercial tourism and recreational will be developed in 640 hectare. 

A tourist center will be developed on the banks of Yamuna river. There is a plan to develop infrastructure like Disneyland, Universal Studios for tourism. 

Apart from this, 1139 hectare area will be for road infrastructure. Green belts will be developed along the roads. The new city will be equipped with modern transportation facilities.
