According to Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Agricultural Meteorology Department at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, the weather will remain clear and dry until October 14th, but nights will feel cooler due to cold winds.
On October 11th, the daytime temperature in Haryana is expected to be around 30 degrees Celsius, with a slight chill in the morning and evening. From October 12th, clouds are expected and light rain is possible at some places, which could bring the temperature down to 28 degrees Celsius.
On October 13th, the morning temperature could drop to 24 degrees Celsius. However, on October 14th, the daytime temperature will rise again to around 32 degrees Celsius, but cool winds will prevail in the morning and evening.
On October 15th, heavy rain is expected in some areas, which could cause temperatures to drop again to 26 degrees Celsius.
On October 16th, the weather will become cooler, with daytime temperatures expected to hover around 25 degrees. After the rain, the weather will become pleasant. On October 17th, the temperature will be around 28 degrees, with a slight cool breeze.
Farmers have been advised to ensure proper drainage of their fields to prevent heavy rains from damaging their crops. The general public has also been urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions.
During this time, snowfall will continue in the mountainous regions, increasing the cold in the plains as well. Overall, the coming days in Haryana will be marked by a combination of cold and mild rain, bringing relief to some and alarm to others.
